We will quickly exchange any item that is found to be defective within 30 days of your purchase. All of the items that we sell are brand new and covered under the standard manufacturer's warranty. Beyond 30 days, items should be returned to the manufacturer for repair/replacement. Non-defective (convenience) returns will be accepted within 14 days and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.
