1. All products we sell come with a 12 month limited warranty which warrants the product to be free from defects in software and hardware due to manufacturing. This warranty DOES NOT cover misuse or abuse caused by human or nature in any way shape or form. If you have a Software issue and the Manufacturer will be releasing a firmware patch to fix such issues, we will not warranty the product as you will need to wait for such patch to be released.

2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR PROPERLY SHIPPED ORDERS. We only replace the D.O.A (Dead On arrival meaning the item does not work out of the Box ) if it was reported within 24 hours of receiving the item, Buyer Responsible for the Shipping. All items received as defective must be brought to our attention within 7 days and you will need to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number). If after 7 days your phone does not function and is covered under our Warranty policy listed above, you must contact us and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) which you will need to include with your return. All returns must be in brand new original condition with no dents, scratches and be accompanied with all accessories, manuals and cd's with seal not broken.

Failure to not include any of the contents originally purchased will result in a delay in processing your return and 20% restocking will apply. All items deemed to be defective by our staff will be exchanged for the same model. If such model is no longer in stock, we will at our discretion offer to repair the product, offer a credit or process a refund to you buyer pay shipping for replacement.

If you are returning a product due to network incompatibility issues or third party software incompatibility issues or simply not wanting the product, a 35% restocking fee will apply before we will accept your return. We encourage all customers to purchase an extended warranty so that you are covered in case of your item malfunctioning. Dead-on-arrival merchandise is exchangeable provided that the unit has less than 15 minutes and is within a period of seven days from the date of the original invoice. order cancelation fee will apply to any order cancelled by the buyer , all prices subject to change

3. If you are not shipped the correct item, it must be reported within 24 hours of the receipt of your shipment. Incorrect items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a refund or credit. The item must be in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any dismantled, marked, or visibly defaced product shipped back to us by the buyer will VOID the item's return authorization. If the item is returned within the 7 day return window and the reason for return is verified, a refund or credit will be issued to buyer.

4. If it is determined that your item was damaged in transit by the shipping company, and insurance was purchased , insurance claim will be filed and a refund will be given to the buyer AFTER the claim is paid by the shipping company. it may take up to 15 days for this claim to be finalized. Damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours from the time you receive your item.

1. Are your phones and PDA's new?

A: Yes all of our mobile phone's and PDA devices are brand new. if you received the phone sealed was broken this does not mean its used. We have to open the box before shipping the item to add USA Adapters or European Adapters for Chargers depending on origin of phone and intended destination.

2. Are your phones and PDA's Unlocked?

A: Yes all of our mobile phone's and PDA devices come fully unlocked.

3. What Networks will work with your phones and PDA's?

A: Our phones work on most GSM Networks. If it is a tri band phone, it may however not work on all North American GSM Networks. It is important for you to check with your Provider prior to making a purchase to assure that the Network coverage in your area will accomodate the GSM specifications of the phone you are purchasing. Also please be advised that some EDGE features or HSPDA specifications may not be compatible with your local Network coverage so it is best to check the specifications of the phone and compare with your local Providers Network specifications to ensure optimum compatibility.

4. Do you offer Warranties with your phones and PDA's?

A: Some phones we carry do come with a Manufacturers warranty of 1 Year. This will be stated in the Auction title listing. If you do not see this in the title listing, this means you will have to purchase warranty coverage. You can easily purchase Warranty coverage for your phone for 1-2 Years

5. Does this phone work in the USA or Canada?

A: Yes. All of our Unlocked GSM phones will work in the US and Canada . They work with AT&T, T-Mobile, Fido, Rogers and many other GSM Carriers worldwide, however you need to make sure that the phone you purchase operates on a frequency transmitted by your carrier in your area.

EXAMPLE: AT&T customers should be carefull when purchasing a Tri Band phone because the Tri Band phones we provide do not offer support for the 850mhz GSM Frequency Band. Our Tri Band phones work on GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900 and although AT&T does offer 1900mhz in some areas, It’s the buyer's responsibility to call their Network providers customer service and ask them if the 1900mhz frequency band is fully supported. It’s the Buyer responsibility to verify this before the actual purchase and we will not accept any return due to weak reception due to your Network provider not fully supporting 1900mhz.

6. Can the phone or PDA be used to browse the Internet or utilize MMS (Picture messaging) out of the box?

A: You will be able to make and receive calls sending SMS out of the box, since we sell phones factory unlocked/unbranded and not customized to any carrier , so you need to contact the Carrier for the settings and you will be able to use the internet and MMS.

7. Does this phone Support 3G HSPDA IN USA?

A: High Speed Internet for North America Carriers like AT&T Or ROGERS Operate on 850/1900 mhz. Buyer must check the Specification if 3G/HSPDA does not say 850/1900 mhz this means the phone will not support 3G but will still support EDGE/GSM in USA. If it states (2100/900 MHz), this is for Europe only. Fido customers can operate 3G via Rogers 3G Network in most major cities (Extra charges may apply to use the 3G Network or you may have to add this option to your plan. As of October 1st 2008   T Mobile is expected to roll out their 3G Network available in 28 select major cities. There is no guarantee's that 3G will work in your area and you should contant T Mobile to confirm its availability for you.

8. How do you accept Payment?

A: We accept immediate payment via PayPal. Your address can be confirmed or unconfirmed.

9. I Just paid now, when will i receive my item?

A: We ship same day if we stated in the listing items will ship out Same Day If the order Placed by 2pm P.S.T. Otherwise your item(s) will be shipped within 2 business days after we have received your CLEARED payment. People paying by PayPal Echeck will need to wait until their payment clears their account before we will ship to you. You will receive a tracking number the day we ship your item(s) and we will notify the you if the item will take longer and give full refund if you can no longer wait.

10. I just bought this item , Can I Cancel My order?

11. Can you ship the phone to my work address or a friend's address if it's a gift?

A: YES, But you need to add the gift address to your profile in PayPal prior to using "But It Now" and when you pay for your item you must select that address as shipping address. Don’t worry if it says unconfirmed, we will still ship to an unconfirmed address.
