Hi,

My name is coach Jones From Massachusetts and I have spent the better part of my life involved in the game of basketball in one form or another.  Over my years of playing and coaching I have experiment with hundreds for drills trying to find just the right fit for my teams.  During this time and before the invention of ebay I began to catalog these drills in a binder I keep in my desk. 

This auction is for a file containing 58 pages of my very best drills.  These drills are fully explained and many of them have diagramed drawings.  They cover all aspect of basketball and include drill for:
