UNPAID Items Policy:

Its easy to get excited during an auction or purchase an item in an Ebay store, but don't get swept away! If you think you will not be able to purchase the item, please don't bid.

We can't hold onto items indefinitely because a customer has forgotten or is decideing whether to pay or not ! If you don't remit payment within 5 days, we will send an email indicating fileing an unpaid item grievance with Ebay within 2 days. After a week of the filed complaint, we will relist the item without warning and you may run the risk of Ebay giving out an unpaid item strike!

Refunds:

All refunds are done through Paypal only and only within the first 30 days of purchase.

All full refunds, must have the item sent back first. Depending on if we are at fault for whatever reason, we will pick up the postage. We also will remit partial refunds too. Please email us for further details.
