PAYMENT and SHIPPING Information
Media Mail (Book Rate) will be charged on all US book/tape/CD/brochure orders unless previously agreed/stated with winning bidder. Foreign winners will pay least expensive trackable method of shipment through the USPS; any auction that states FREE shipping is for domestic shipping only; International shipment will be charged. Winning bidder agrees to pay shipping charges, any applicable tax (California residents only), packaging and handling ($1.50 per item). The handling fees are to cover packing materials and overhead costs. In order to bid, you must agree to fixed S/H or as stated in the auction. It's the buyer's responsibility to request for and purchase insurance for item(s) shipped. Any larger items other than books or tapes may incur additional handling charges. We ship to all United States destinations and most countires. Certain foreign destinations we will ship only one method that allows us to properly track shipment and receipt, usually Global Priority Flat Rate, if possible, or Global Express. No COD's, no escrow. Payment due within five days of auction close. Unpaid items will be relisted after 10 days along with NPB (Non-Paying Bidder) alert filed with eBay.
We accept cashier's checks and Paypal with restrictions (see above) and credit card transactions (MasterCard and Visa only). We accept personal or business checks for any amount up to a total of $100.00 inclusive of shipping charges. All checks must clear before shipment of item won. All cashier's checks must be accompanied by name, shipping address, and the item number otherwise staff will not be able to process order.
