If you're outside North America, the free shipping is available for you, too. But since FREE MATTER packages go with all the surface mail, they take four to eight weeks to get to Europe and two or three months to reach Australia. If you'd prefer to pay for Airmail shipping (so you can get your parcel in a week or two), the cost would be $6.15 - no matter where in the world you are.
