Shipping Terms

Buyer pays for Standard shipping to anywhere in the U.S.  Delivery confirmation included!

Postage rates have increased dramatically since 5/14/07.  Rate is based on package size rather than just weight.  I try hard to keep my shipping costs down, my shipping also includes a handling fee to cover the cost of bubble mailers, printing labels, packing peanuts, shipping labels, printer ink, etc. 

All items will ship through the US Postal Service. USPS offers insurance on every package. I highly recommend this as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged after they leave my possession. I use PayPal to ship, once I do you will receive an email with the delivery confirmation number of your package.  Most of the time the mail carrier will pick up the day I ship, occasionally I take it myself to the post office.  I am not responsible for items lost or delayed in the mail system. First class mail usually delivers in 7-10 days. Priority usually ships 2-3 days.  If your package weighs more than 4 lbs it would go in Parcel post which can take up to 15 days.  These time frames are approximations only, the only timeframe that the USPS guarantees is for Express/Overnight delivery. 

I will do my best to give you the best rate on combined shipping for multiple items.  If you are making multiple purchases, please wait until you are done shopping, then request an invoice to combine shipping.

I try my hardest to mail out your package immediately after payment is received.

Refunds/Returns

If you win this item and upon receiving it, are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 5 days and return the item in its original condition for a full refund of the winning bid. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Refund will be given when product is returned back in original packaging, and Ebay has been notified that the transaction has been cancelled.

Feedback

I appreciate all who shop with me!  I will leave you positive feedback if you have paid timely and once you have left positive feedback for me as well.  I try to leave feedback for my buyers once a week in bulk.  If you are trying to accumulate feedback quicker, just let me know and I’ll be glad to do it sooner! 

I try my best to give you 5 star service, if there is a reason you feel you can't leave me a 5 star rating please let me know so I can try to make it right.  Please do not rate me on how fast the USPS gets your package to you.  If you need fast shipping (receipt in 2-3 days) please pay for Priority, otherwise normal shipping time is 7-10 days

UNPAID ITEM POLICY

If there has not been a payment by the 10^th day after the auctions ends, your item will be relisted and you will be reported to Ebay as a Non-paying bidder. 

Note: If a buyer gets too many strikes in too short a time period, their account will be suspended indefinitely. In some cases, limits may be placed on the buyer’s account in advance of suspension.

PLEASE, if there is a reason for your delay in payment, you must let me know and we can work something out, I am very flexible, I’ll even wait if you would like to pay when your next paycheck arrives!  If I don’t hear from you I will assume you are not going to pay and I will have no choice but to proceed with what I said above.
