We Ship all items using either the USPS or UPS. We do our best to get most items out within 24-48hrs after your payment has cleared. Some of the items that we offer are custom made and or hand crafted and are made to order and require additional time to process. Weight Harnesses, Suede/Leather Collars, and Suede/Leather Harnesses generally take 2 weeks until they go out. At this times we are not shipping to anyone outside the United States. Please make sure that you provide the correct shipping address. The address provided by you is the address we will ship to, if paying through paypal please make sure that the address provided with payment is correct as for our protection and the protection of our customers we must ship to the address provided with your paypal payment.
California Buyers need to add 8.75% Sales tax to all orders. All Returns must be made within 7 days after receiving your item. Depending on the circumstance we will either send the buyer a full refund or exhange the item. The Buyer is responsible for the returning shipping cost.
