During the Halloween season August 15th through October 31st there are NO refunds or exchanges UNLESS your item is damaged upon receiving it.  In this case we must be contacted via email at mrrentalguy@aol.com within 24 hours of delivery.  In that case we will send you the exact same style and size (subject to availability).  If it is determined that the product was intentionally damaged, no refund will be given.  The rest of the year a reasonable effort will be made to make exhanges based upon availabilty for different size costumes.  A 15% restocking fee willl apply.

Do to health code rule and regulations wigs, beards, masks and stockings CAN NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON. Please take into considereration that no one wants these items after they have been worn by someone else!!
