Shipping:

Shipping Insurance:

• Warranty from manufacturer. Damaged, dismantled, burned and abused item is not covered under warranty.

Return Policy:

• Please Note, any reasons for refund or exchange can be accept within 7 days
• If buyer insists on a refund as reasons like "IT'S NOT LIKE I EXPECTED", "I DON'T WANT IT ANYMORE" or "I CHANGED MY MIND", buyers will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
• If buyer received a defective of DOA (dead on arrival) items will be changed within 7 days from delivery and we will not be responsible for shipping of the DOA unit back. We will replace it with a same item for replacement.
• The shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The return of the product is at your expense. Please be advised that we keep records all items of serial numbers and Player’s ROM chip numbers to prevent fraudulent returns. We will only accept the return, if it is returned in the original manufacturer’s package and the product must be in perfect condition. Any scuffs, scratches, dismantled, marked, or visibly defaced product by the buyer will VOID the item's return authorization. including manuals, cables, remote or any other items originally included in the shipping. If you forget any of the items you will be charged $10.00 for any missing item, so be sure to inspect the unit before you ship it back.
