We do ask to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. In most cases orders can arrive earlier; this varies on destination weather conditions and availability.

Residents of Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada and other provinces please email us with your zip code for exact shipping costs. The freight service includes curbside delivery only. Please note that the delivery company is not responsible for lifting or carrying the item into your home. Therefore, we recommend that you have help available to move the item into your home. We do request that you provide us with a Daytime Phone Number for the Freight Company to schedule an appointment for delivery. Failure to comply with set delivery can result in storage and additional charges billed to you (the customer).

• Once an order has left our facility, you are responsible for any charges due to change of address. In the event you need to change the address please email or contact us ASAP prior to shipment leaving our facility. When you advise us of change of address Prior to the product leaving our facility you will NOT incur additional charges.

• All return items must be in brand new condition and original manufacturer packaging. Please contact our office directly for Return Ticket Authorization Number. A restocking fee of 15% and all shipping fees to and from will be deducted from the sale price.
