All items are 100% authentic name brand overstock or return items. Most items are in new condition. We inspect and rate every item we receive using the following "general" guidlines:

	A	Item is in new condition, any minor scratches or marks would not be noticeable once installed i.e. rod is high enough on the wall, is turned so that any blemishes face the wall, or drapes cover marks etc.
	B	Item is scratched or scuffed, has minor damage, or shows signs of previous use that may be visible when item is mounted.
	C	Either noticeably scratched/marked/bent, or item not complete.
