A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
There are no holes or anything, these are good used pants. There are a couple of flea bites to the bottom hem of the leg. These jeans are good enough to wear to Sunday School!
RETURNS: If any item is not described accurately, you can return it to me if you first let me know by e-mail that it is being returned, and why; I approve the return before it is made; it is returned in the same condition as it was when shipped; and, it is returned within 7 days of the date you received it.
MISC: I won’t end auctions early, so there is no reason to ask. If eBay has some sort of problem during this sale, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and re-list the item. I leave feedback AFTER the buyer leaves feedback. SHIPPING IN GENERAL (Domestic and International): I will send you an invoice via the eBay check-out system. You are responsible for all shipping charges. I have included a shipping calculator for your convenience in ESTIMATING the final shipping charges, but in a few cases the shipping costs MAY be more or less depending upon the final shipping weight (especially true on large or heavy objects). DOMESTIC SHIPPING: For shipments within the US I will probably get you a quote for Priority Mail (and First Class or Media Mail if applicable), but let me know if you prefer some other type of shipping and I‘ll do my best. I always reserve the right to require a Delivery Confirmation be included in your final price.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: On international orders I will probably quote Priority Mail (keeping in mind First Class cannot be used if the weight is over 4 pounds or it exceeds certain size limits). Because of eBay's changes telling sellers they have to take PayPal/etc., on International orders I also ALWAYS reserve the right to REQUIRE an item to be sent by Priority Mail WITH INSURANCE (I use to reduce my risk by taking other forms of payment and allowing shipment by First Class mail, but you can thank eBay for taking away those options and thus making you pay more for shipping -- that is because you can't get insurance with First Class and of course PayPal won't confirm international accounts). CUSTOMS DECLARATION, DUTIES, TARIFFS, ETC.:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
INSURANCE: You can purchase postal insurance if you like, but if you don’t, all risks of loss or damage are yours (and if an insurance claim is necessary, YOU will need to make the claim, but of course I will do whatever I need to from my end). On International orders only, some shipping includes “indemnity” coverage, and on Priority Mail you can get insurance for any amount over the indemnity.
