1946 Mid Century Modern Maximillion KARP Dining Room

Offered is a scarce Mid Century Modern dining room Table and six chairs.  Research indicates this is the Maximillion Architectural Dining Room Suite.  I understand Maximillion is Max Kemp, owner of Karp Furniture. 

The set is truly reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright style.

This set rarely comes to market.  Indeed, manufactured in 1946, there were not many made.  The set is a wonderful example of art to mid century transition. 

The set is sturdy and can be used now.  Condition is good but by no mean perfect.  The top has a stain as shown but is in otherwise very good condition.  The chairs are sturdy; the fabric of several of the chairs could use cleaning.  I believe the fabric to be original to the set.  There is some missing and/or loose veneer. 

Regardless of any faults, the set is truly striking right now.  Pictures were taken in outside light and amplify any distractions.

This is in RARE original condition.  Have you seen another?  It really is scarce.

The table measures about 53 inches long and 36 inches deep.
