If you would like to return an item because of sizing or you just don't like it , then you need to email me andy.rowles@virgin.net   and i will authorise the item to be returned. Please note that i will not accept unauthorised returns. Items have to be sent recorded delivery so the parcel can be signed for upon return and you have proof of postage for your security. Item must be returned in same condition as received with any tags still intact , in original manufacturers packaging and items on hangers in hanging packaging must be sent back the same. If an item smells of smoke/perfume or appears to have been worn or washed , then these will not be refunded or exchanged . Postage costs are your responsibility on returning an item .
