MR. AL-E-GATOR Very rare toy! WORKS GREAT!

WOW!!  What a great look and what cool actions. How rare is this toy? This is the only one I've ever seen-and I'm amazed that it still has the 'slinky' intact! The toy is all tin and was made in the late 1950's. Insert two "D" size batteries (not included) in the clean, tin battery box and start pressing buttons!  The bottom button lights both of 'Al's' red beady eyes and moves him forward, wagging his back end behind him as the coil stretches and pulls back. His open jaws and sharp teeth glow an eerie red from within. A small wheel below his jaw makes his mouth open and snap shut as he rolls along, depending on the surface that he's on (some surfaces are too smooth to turn the activating wheel. Press the right button and his right eye 'winks out' and he turns right, and the opposite action with the left button. The toy has some playwear as seen in the photos, but the toy is in excellent condition with only minimal paint loss beneath the gator's mouth where it scrapes the floor and the1 slight imperfections in the 'slinky' that were probably there since its manufacture. One of those few all tin toys with beautiful lithography and the toys actual name on the toy!
