A gorgeous book of the jewelry and decorative items created by Gianmaria Buccellati - one of the oldest jewelry companies in Milan, Italy.

The Buccellati family have been designing jewelry and objects d'art since the 18th Century.
Today, it is still a family run business and all the designs are original.

In 2000, Buccellati was asked by the Smithsonian Institute to have an exhibition showing his craftsmanship. To thank the Smithsonian, Gianmaria dedicated a bejeweled chalice now called the Smithsonian Cup.

This beautiful book shows the design of the Buccellati family in brilliant photos along with the original etchings of the pieces. Everything pictured was exhibit at the Smithsonian in 2000.

You will love reading through this book, admiring the pictures, & appreicating the workmanship!
