Actual picture of book. In good condition, tight. has some stains on back cover and spine. No other marks or inscriptions I see. Tight all around.
This was a popular book, of its type, in the mid-70s. This copy is the fifth printing. 159 pages. Contents include a history of dried foods, methods, selecting foods, dehydrating hints, pre-treatment, packaging and storage, reconstitution, preparation of different foods, spices and herbs, and miscellaneous (such as back packers and campers, breads, eggs, jewelry, nuts and teas).
