PLEASE  ~ ~  READ AND UNDERSTAND  ~ ~  ALL LISTING INFORMATION AND TERMS BEFORE BIDDING.

** 1) All bidders are responsible for reading and understanding these Terms of Sale, as well as any supplemental notices. If you do not agree with the terms,  or do not understand everything in this listing, inquire, or please DO NOT BID, since all sales are final. If you bid, it will be assumed that you have read, understand, agree with and accept all the terms and conditions stated in this listing. If terms are not met your bid may be rejected at the discretion of seller.

Bidders must have at least a 99.5% feedback, with at least 10 unique positive comments, and ZERO negatives for lack of payment or slow payment, and have been a bidding member on Ebay for a minimum of three (3) months. If you do not meet these terms you must contact me IN ADVANCE of bidding for permission to bid. If not, your bid will be rejected, and the item re-listed.

Upon the close of the bidding, the successful bidder becomes the buyer and is immediately responsible for the amount of the successful bid, postage and handling fees, and other charges provided for in Terms of Sale. Full Payment must be made in U.S. dollars only.

No warranties or guarantees of any type, neither expressed nor implied, are given, unless specifically stated in the listing.

** 2) Seller reserves the right to cancel or decline bids at their prerogative. The seller reserves the right to refuse bidding by any bidder whom the seller deems in its discretion to be or have been disruptive of the bidding or auction process, has unacceptable feedback, or otherwise deemed to affect the integrity of the process.

Seller also reserves the right to end the auction early and accept a bid, so if you wait until the last minute, the item might no longer be available.

Withdrawal of Property from Sale: The seller reserves the right to withdraw items from the sale for any reason and with no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.

**  3) Buyer to pay $5.00  estimated Postage & Handling, USPS First Class Mail within the UNITED STATES.

No personal pick up of items, mail only.

**  4) U.S. Postal Insurance is $2.00 Extra ~ ~  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ~ ~  without it there is NO recourse and NO compensation of any kind for you, if damaged, misdelivered, or lost in the mail. The choice is up to you, but if you do not elect and pay for insurance, you are acknowledging that you are ACCEPTING FULL RESPONSIBILITY for its shipment, and will accept any loss or damage with no claim against the seller.You should specify that insurance is requested, and include the extra cost. Please be sure and state that you are paying for insurance, otherwise it is possible that we might overlook this.

Should you purchase insurance and the item becomes lost or damaged I will provide you with any information needed to help you process a claim but it will be buyers responsibility to file any such claim with the post office.

**  5) FOREIGN – INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE is  Extra – approximate estimate,  $12.00 Priority Global Air.  PLEASE NOTE that this is an estimate and I will advise with the total p&h fees, which might be higher than the estimate above, after the bidding and I see who the winning bidder is and where the item is going.

At seller’s discretion items might be sent through Federal Express, or another International Carrier in order to have a signature as proof of receipt. International mail is  NOT insured unless you request and pay additional for Registered mail  (if the USPS allows).

All international customs, duties, and other tariffs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Export or Import: An export license may be required for the export of certain materials. Some countries prohibit the importation of certain materials. It is the sole responsibility of buyers to familiarize themselves with any required license and import/export requirements. The seller will have no responsibility with regard to these matters.

**  6) Items are not returnable. Sorry, I am an individual seller of personal property I own, not a store or ebay seller that lists thousands of miscellaneous items as a career. Consequently there are no returns, refunds, exchanges or credits, so please be certain when you place a bid, or inquire beforehand. We will disclose and describe any of the problems we are aware of with every item, and try our best to completely & accurately describe the item. Mistakes may occur infrequently, but they are not intentional, so please contact us if you find them.

**  7) Payment is  DUE in full within 2 days, paid through Paypal. Payment is only accepted in U.S. dollars.

**  8) Payment made through Paypal must show a CONFIRMED and VERIFIED Paypal Account, and item will be sent only to the address on file with Paypal.

**  9) As a select, qualified member, we offer BUYER PROTECTION at no extra charge, when payment is submitted through Paypal (look for the “Buyer Protection” icon under “Seller Information” on the Ebay listing page).

**  10) SHIPPING TIME: Items are mailed out, on average, once a week by a service I employ to package and mail items, so if payment is received after they have been to the post office, yours may not go out until the following week, If you are in a rush, or need the item by a certain date, you will need to advise us in advance, make immediate payment after the auction ends, and pay for express or expedited shipping. If you do not pay for an expedited shipping method, we cannot be expected to seriously consider it a rush. Note that we have specified a 10 day handling time.

**  11) DELIVERY / TRANSIT TIME: Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, may exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Once an item is mailed we have no control over its shipment time or handling since this is entirely within the scope of the carrier,

**  12) I also  need to have return  email  confirmation  of sale from  you WITHIN 2 days after the close. If I do not email you after the sale, it is your responsibility, as the purchaser, to email me requesting payment instructions, and providing me with an address for shipping.  Also I need your direct email as I have had problems going through the ebay system, therefore if your email address is not shown, you will need to send it to me.

** 13) Feedback: Positive Feedback is an important part of Ebay. I will leave you positive feedback when I receive it from you.

** 14) If terms are NOT MET, item WILL be re-listed, and negative feedback issued to the bidder and a complaint filed with ebay.

** 15) Please do not bid if you cannot, or do not intend to consummate the sale.

** 16) Use: Items come with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, and are sold strictly in AS-IS condition.

Buyers are responsible for the careful and safe use and operation of any and all items, and need to understand and recognize any safety precautions in the use of the purchased item. If unsure or confused, please do not bid.
