Offered is a wonderful antique Chinese export majolica Foo dog figurine that measures 4 inches tall by 3.5" long from side to side at its largest point by 2.5" wide from front to back.  The piece is in great condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines, stains, discolorations, signs of excessive use or abuse, repairs or damages of any kind.  I see no signatures or maker's marks on the statue of any kind.  I see that the piece shows wonderful detail and super glazed coloration.  The Foo dog has webbed feet (pic. # 11), and I also see that the piece shows a hollow hand-molded tail (pic. # 10).  The subject's face shows a slightly open or growling mouth, and I see that the Foo dog is perched on a rock with white capped waves on its base.  The dog itself shows a blue and purple glazed coat with yellow feet.  No Reserve.  Please E-Mail with any questions.  Thanks and Good Luck.
