Handcrafted 3 Story Lit Christmas Tree Shaped House

This is a Christmas Tree Shaped Dollhouse that I made  in Victorian pinks and burgandy...The main floor has a decorated fireplace with hand crafted floral swag, an upholstered chaise in ivory velvet....a decorated tree with red lights (lit with lemaxx lights with control on back)...a dining room table and chairs set with hot chocolate and dessert tray and plates....upstairs is bedroom with rocking chair ...tiny miniature tree and Christmas card on side table....exterior is lit with 20 white christmas lights overall approx. 25" tall by 26" wide and 7" deep..I added an Erma Meyer Victorian family ....if winner prefers no dolls please email me and I will give $10.00 credit.....This is wonderful keepsake.....most accessories purchased at local miniature shows....I have made several in different colors and furniture styles for friends and family...I will be making more in different colors soon......I Love Miniatures and couldn't resist buying just about anything related to Dollhouse minis.....I now have HUNDREDS of items I cannot possibly use........I must thin out my many items....I have purchased all kinds of miniatures from shows, artisans in England and here on E bay...I will be listing all types of miniatures including high end brands....
