This auction is for an older sterling silver 3-D spaniel dog charm. This charm is unusual in that the dog's head can be rotated from side to side! The charm is solid sterling and has amazing detail all over the head and body. It is about 1/3 wide X 7/8" tall. The charm is in excellent condition. I cannot find a sterling mark on the charm but it appears to be sterling.

I have three other charms where the animal moves his head -- two other dogs and an elephant.  I'll be listing them today. All four charms came off a fantastic estate-find charm bracelet. Looking at the bracelet, the charms range in age from Victorian to the 1940s or so. I estimate that this charm is from the 1940s.
