Pass It On. Last year I didn’t mention it in my listings but several of my regular buyers bought extra items and asked me to pass them on, which I did. I found people at the senior citizens group my Mother belonged to, people without families at my support group, people struggling in my own backyard… There are so many people that need cheering up. • For those in recovery these are great for birthday night. It is a great way to help others celebrate their success and encourage them to continue their progress while giving them a message of hope.
• They can be personalized with a meeting schedule , contact information, or other information and passed out at meeting halls, churches, special events and other places where people meet and might need that information. They are great for newcomers if you know what I mean.

General Policies:

Customer service is of the utmost importance to me. We strive to please every customer. Our goal is for you to have a positive experience. If you have any problems or concerns with your purchase please contact us before leaving feedback. We try to respond to all emails within 3 business days. You can bid with confidence that your item will be the exact one in the photos. If you have any questions, please email us before bidding. Please bid with the expectation that this is a final sale.

Shipping:

We ship Monday through Friday around noon except holidays. Your order will be shipped 1-3 full business days after receiving cleared payment. We are located in a rural area with no post office and items have to be taken into the next county. That too is a rural area and we have to adhere to that post office’s hours of operation. That is why we have to ship around noon.

 

We ship eBay orders to confirm PayPal addresses. This is for your protection against fraud. If you attempt to ship to an address other than your PayPal confirmed address your transaction will be held subject to verification. We will not honor requests to ship to addresses other than PayPal confirmed addresses without proper verification. A verification notices will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account. Note: a confirmed address is the address where you receive your credit card.

Handling:

We do pack items well. We use a lot of foam, bubble wrap, tape and peanuts when necessary. Please use caution when opening. We suggest scissors with a pointed tip not a box cutter. We will not be responsible for damage when improperly opening individual items. We try to stick to the 3 day handling time and in most cases we do but in some rare cases, where there are large orders or a lot of orders there may be a slight delay. If and when this ever happens we will email you and let you know. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy Details:

Please email us within 72 hours after receiving the item to explain the problem. We will respond as soon as possible and do what we can to hopefully resolve the problem. We try to answer all emails within 72 hours. If we grossly misrepresented the item or if there are intentional omissions or errors in the description then we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs.

Please Note: Photo is just a sample from screen print and may not look exactly like the final product. Most customers tell me the photo does not do it justice. Also, if we see an imperfection that can be improved upon before printing that was not noticed before capturing screen print, we will correct it before printing.

I know all about needing a lift sometimes. I suffer from depression. That depression almost

took my life more than once but because people cared about me I am here to talk about it. I

want to do the same for others. I don’t make a big profit off of these. If just one of my items

is bought and helps someone like I was helped though I don’t care about the figures. I guess

you can say I am paying forward and all I ask is that you do the same.
