Antigue Doctor Bag Eli Llilly Walrus Seal?

I had similiar bags many years ago that were clearly marked Seal or Waltrus.  Although many years ago I think that this bag looks a lot like them.  Please study the pictures and let me know what you think.  I hope the pictures help you decide. It is a little heavy and hard.  The hard part I am sure is also partly due to it's age.  It was made for Lilly and marked Lilly on the brass locking tap.  The inside has no lining other than the cloth glued to it.  For now I am working under the impression that it is the real thing thus the buy it now price. 

  There are reasons I think it is the real think: first I do not think the Eli Lilly would not do fake and the edges and strached parts are not any different from the main part, on the inside you can see and feel the outside texture of the leather, the lack of brass feet shows that the leather was considered hard enough to not need them.  I have seen that leather embossed with a design is only felt on the outside, with this one you can slightly feel the texture on the inside.

  Condition is great no damage and smells, it seems that it was never used.  It weights 2 pounds and measures 14 X 6 X 6 inches
