About this nonprofit:
The Shikamana School helps orphans and vulnerable children in and around Ukunda, Kenya, where poverty, low school enrollment levels and chronic public health challenges are pervasive. Shikamana seeks to counter these challenges by providing children with quality education, healthcare, nutritious meals, and psycho-social support. Over the past two years new, land has been acquired, permanent school buildings have been erected, and the community has become engaged.
