Insurance is available upon request. Seller will not be responsible if shipment is lost or stolen. Responsibility for keeping up with how much insurance coverage is needed rests solely on the buyer. We will not carry any uninsured amount.

RETURNS

Returns may be accepted (unless otherwise noted) but only if insurance was purchased and is also required for the return trip (shipping costs are non-refundable). Buyer pays return shipping and insurance. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise noted. Refund will not be given until item is received.

All items come from a pet-free and non-smoking household but in some cases we cannot attest to their prior situation.
