Loft / Trundle Bed ~~ Twin over Twin

We are redoing our sons room and he wants to go back to just a single bed. This set is really neat, especially if you are tight on space. It has everything in one unit and a hidden storage or play area which is accessible from either side of the unit. This area is behind the desk/shelf area and is half the width of the twin bed. It has a large shelf on which you can put your bins, boxes, toys or whatever. Below the top bunk is the desk and shelves , which are movable. Has the pull out key board station shelf. Beside the desk is the chest of drawers. You can position the desk and drawers in either position. Below the keyboard area is an additional two large drawers. Below is the pull out trundle bed... There is a ladder on the end which is not mounted. It is hung with brackets.....We purchased this used a couple years ago. A light wood or natural finish...CONDITION-It is as we purchased it-plus a few more dings and dangs. The dings are normal wear and tear from previous owner and our very energetic 8 year old. Has some faded water spots on the desk top area. The drawers are not super smooth- they have a little drag to them. The dangs are on the bottom trundle-- the front panels original screws and wood had a fight and the wood lost. So the underside is damaged- does not effect the use at all- all cosmetic. Had to put screws through the front to secure the unit. She is sturdy but not so pretty. Could touch up with paint or filler. This is a very easy assembly. We will leave it in the biggest disassembled pieces we can..Very easy assembly!!.....we can deliver it to ya for an additional fee-- depending on where you are located!......So there you have it in a nut shell!!
