Shipping:
- I do combine shipping, and if necessary, customers may request additional shipping options - just contact seller before bidding ends.
- For buyers outside of continental U.S. be aware of the extra shipping fee (HI & AK, use lowest Int'l shipping fees or email me).
- Domestic orders are usually shipped within 1 business day upon receipt of payment. International orders will be shipped 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.
- Domestic & International Flat rate shipping rates are based on the most expensive Air Mail cost, so please visit the USPS website above for more accurate shipping cost - then wait for my invoice or contact me using the "Ask seller a Question" if time is not of the essence.

$1 off shipping discount only applies to items which have a minimum of $1 shipping fee.
- I only ship to Paypal confirmed addresses, no P.O. boxes please - I do make exceptions to this rule if buyer has an established feedback rating - see feedback requirements below - and if the P.O. Box is confirmed by PayPal.
- Heavier shipments (4 lbs or more) are usually shipped via FedEx ground or UPS - they cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
- I would not ship items that are prohibited and please don't request items to be marked as "gift" to avoid duties.
Payment:
U.S. funds only, through Paypal. With paypal you can use your credit cards or transfer money instantly from your bank account.
Additional forms of payment, like credit cards over the phone etc, would be considered in the future if I get a lot of requests for it. Email me if you have suggestions on the forms of payment that are convenient for you.
Guarantee:
The seller guarantees all the products she sells, or you may return your purchase in its original condition for a store credit less shipping, handling & eBay fees. Buyer is responsible for shipping returns. If return is caused by seller's error, 100% refund will be given, including shipping.
Bidder Requirements
If you do not have an established feedback rating (<95% or <10 or any unpaid strikes or bid retractions in the past), email me so I could make sure you are serious on bidding - if you belong to this category & you don't contact the seller within 3 days after end of auction, the seller will relist the item.
Contacting the Seller:
To ensure that I get your message, please use the "ask the seller a question" link if you need to contact me. I get millions of email, and a lot of times, they get filtered or accidentally erased (I erase emails without subjects or if I'm not familiar with the sender's name - I'm sure everyone is acquainted with Internet security issues). Questions via this link will be answered within 1 business day except when the vacation settings are turned on.
Feedback
I leave feedback as soon as the buyer leaves it, assuring that the transaction was very satisfactory to the buyer. Should the buyer think that there's any reason I deserve anything other than positive feedback, please contact me first so I could make it right - 100% customer satisfaction is my goal.
Sales Tax:
- There is no sales tax except for Florida residents (by law, I have to charge sales tax to FL residents).
- All prices do not include taxes/tariffs/duties.
- International Customers who are required to pay taxes (like VAT or GST) will have to do so upon receipt of package.
Gift Option:
- Items marked available for gift options can be sent to a different address other than the buyer's, without incurring additional costs.
- Gift wrapping service is available for only $5. Larger items may require additional fees. An personalized card may be sent for only $1 more.
- To order optional gift services, go to my store category "gift ideas," choose services and submit with your order or click the underlined links under "Gift Option" within the item description above.
- Upon paying with PayPal, please put a note in the note field before submitting your order - give clear & thorough instructions on the shipping address, the note you want enclosed, the occasion - if it's for a birthday, Christmas, or any other special occasion (and the wrapper preference - please understand that I might not have all the wrappers you request, but I'll try to match the theme as closely as possible)
