Once item is shipped, It's no longer our responsibility. We're not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected mail or packages. We ship our products with care, using packing material to ensure that the product arrives safely.

DAMAGES
Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your customer's affair.
All damage or shortage claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS.

UPS (United Parcel Service) - UPS Insures the first $100.00, please let me know if you would like to purchase additional insurance if over $100.00.
