The video is professionally produced with a great set of graphics and is very entertaining and effective. In addition to the forms, Steve also tips parents on working with their children and also infuses the Martial Arts philosophy in his encouraging words.

It’s a must-have for instructors to add to their library. It is also a great video for kids and adults alike to get an edge on their training by working at home with all of these details available.
