Verner Panton is considered one of Denmark's most influential 20th-century furniture and interior designers. During his career, he created innovative and futuristic designs in a variety of materials, especially plastics, and in vibrant colors

Panton’s Flowerpot design light first hit the market in 1969, with a name allegedly derived from the hippy flower power movement. A simple overlapping shade in a poppy colored porcelain enamel with a white interior.  There are NO chips or scratches to the finish.  Nice white cloth cording and brushed aluminum canopy. 
EXCELLENT condition.

This light looks as cutting edge today as it did over 35 years ago.  It is a timeless style.
