Items you will receive:
20 Personalized table number cards (each card measures 5 1/2" by 4 1/4" when folded) These are tent style cards. Bottom layer is high quality cardstock. Top layer is printed on high quality textured stationary in your choice if white or ivory. Each one comes fully assembled and Folded.
160 Personalized place cards (each card measures 2" by 3 1/2" when folded) These are tent style cards. Printed on high quality textured stationary in your choice of white or ivory. Place cards come flat for easy writing of the names and are easy to fold.
WORDING: These can have any wording. There is no limit to wording as long as it will fit on them. Also, you can have as many changes as needed before printing begins.
FONT INFO: If you already know a favorite font you want on these just let us know and we can see if we have that font or something similar. The font below is the most popular and if no font is requested the font below will be used.
COLORS: Cardstock will match color of font. Some of the font colors can be changed. Please remember that some colors have many shades of that color so we will try and match your request as close as possible.

TERMS OF SALE:
Payment is due within 10 days of auctions end. To ensure safe transactions we are verified PayPal members and accept all major credit cards through PayPal.
Combined shipping will only be offered when paying items together. We cannot adjust the shipping after payment has been made. If you are unsure if the shipping is calculated correctly please email us after you do the buy it now or win the auction to email you an updated invoice with the combined shipping.
SUBMITTING YOUR PERSONALIZED INFORMATION:
After you purchase your personalized item you can either put the information in an ebay message or after your purchase you will receive an email from ebay saying thank you for the order. In that email will be instructions on how to email the personalized information.
Personalized Items will be emailed a proof before printing begins. So, please be sure to include a current email address when submitting your information to us. Please understand that it is very important for you to read through and look over your proof(s) very carefully before printing begins. We strive to make each order just right. So, with your help on taking the extra time to look over your proof, we both can make sure all of the spelling is correct (Names, dates ...etc.) Changes cannot be made after printing has begun.
If you don't have your personalized information ready at time of purchase that is ok. Just email us and let us know an estimated time you might have it ready.
After you submit your personalized information it takes us about 24-48 hours to email you back a proof. After you receive the emailed proof you can let us know of any changes that need to be made. An estimated shipping date will be given to you once you give us the ok to print. Changes cannot be made once the ok to print has been given.
EMAILS:
Please note that sometimes our emails go to your junk mail... so please check your junk mail if you are waiting for a response from us and you haven't heard back from us within 24 hours.
All emails are answered within 24 - 48 hours after being recieved.
We answer emails on a first come first served basis. Emails are answered Monday - Friday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Mountain Standard Time. (We are in Idaho so may be a few hours behind you)
SHIPPING:
All items are packaged professionally with great care. We ship within the United States using USPS. (We are not shipping out of the United States at this time) An email will be sent to you when item is shipped. Allow for longer shipping time during Holidays.
Personalized Items:
Once you ok the proof and give us the go ahead to print it takes about 7-10 days(depending on current orders) to get your item(s) printed and shipped. Our average shipping time after a proof is ok’d is about 8 days on wedding sets and about 5 days on non-wedding set items. Rush order shipping is available on all personalized items. Your item will be shipped from the choice of shipping you choose at the time of purchase, so be sure to choose the correct shipping method
Notice: Rush orders for personalized items means that we can schedule your item(s) to ship within 3-5 days after you approve your proof.
Most of our items are shipped by priority mail. So, once it ships it takes approximately 2-3 days to get to you.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
There is no refund on personalized items. An exchange can be made for same priced items before printing begins. Example: You purchase the Calla Lily Save the Dates and then after you purchased you decided you really wanted the Fall Leaf theme. The exchange can be made before printing begins.
