After this period you need to use the manufacturer's warranty. Any claim must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase. I answer more than 100 e-mails daily, please be precise when you ask questions and always have an auction id of the item for my reference.  There will be testing performed on units returned. If any defect is found, a replacement part will be exchanged and shipped immediately under my expense.
