• US Shipping is Free and Shipping Insurance is available at checkout for an additional fee (orders over $30 have higher priced insurance). We recommend insurance as it protects you fully if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged.

• All Prints ship with in 2-3 business days, via USPS

• All Other Packages usually ship 2-5 business days after payment clears.

• Most orders (80-95%) arrive within 10 days

• ONLY ON PRINTS: We ship all 9x12 prints flat with a sturdy mailer, using USPS First Class Mail.  If you purchase an enlargement, we will ship those in a sturdy mailing tube, which will ensure your item arrives in mint condition. 

• We combine shipping only to prints ,so you only pay one shipping charge up to 4 prints, but if the action is for 5 or 6 items you do not pay extra shipping.

• Note on Combined Shipping Discounts. Please send email or wait for the invoice with the combined shipping before you pay.  The combine shipping means that you pay one time for multiple items. Combining items will delay shipping, so please take this into account.  The moment you pay for a single item, it goes to our manufacturing process and we cannot combine any additional purchases to it.  We do our best to get your prints out to you FAST!

• We send an email with the link to check the status and track your orders, sometime this goes into your spam filter, so please take a look there, follow the link to see the status and track your order.

• Your 100% Satisfaction is Guaranteed. I will exchange or refund any artwork if not fully satisfied. For an exchange or refund, the original art must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please make sure to obtain a "Return Authorization Number" and put that on the outside of the package. Exchanges will be for art of equal or lesser value or the cost can be applied to higher priced items. Shipping/Handling and Insurance will not be refunded. Buyer pays for return shipping or exchange.
