You are bidding on a super NSA collectible.  This NSA document is from the Super Secret National Security Agency.  This is a copy of the final report by the External Review Team commissioned by ex NSA director and ex CIA director Michael Hayden looking into the well known managerial issues at the Super Secret Agency.  There are 27 pages to this document including a cover memo from the ex-NSA director with his facsimile signature.  This is Truly a Unique and Collectable item for those collecting NSA memorabilia.  I have other NSA items that I will be putting up for auction in the future.  There is No Reserve on this item.
