8 Up for auction is a Lionel Pre-war 3659 Operating Dump Car in good condition and I tested it and it dumps great. Has some paint chipping but all in all a nice car. I don't know alot about Pre-war because I collect only Postwar. Item looks complete. David Doyle Type III version (1940-42).  I am in no way an expert on Lionel trains and I have described this item to the best of my ability. Item is sold AS IS with no returns. Please look at the pictures for condition. Please look at my other auctions & mark me as a favorite seller because I will be listing thousands more train items in the near future. Payment is due within 5 days of auction end. If you have questions, please ask before bidding. Selling my collection due to economy. My loss is your gain ! US bidders only. Thanks for looking.
