A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
Refunds will be given as money back, however shipping and handling fess will not be refunded. Shipping costs to return item to seller is the responsibility of the buyer. Once I receive the item back, in the condition it was originally sent, I will refund your money in the same payment form that it was received.
