This book is a rare piece of Disney memorabilia. Titled Mickey Mouse Story Book, this is one of the earliest of all the Mickey Mouse books. It was published in 1931 by David McKay Company. This is a presumed 1st Edition as I can find no other earlier version of this book. The book includes many examples of wonderful vintage Mickey Mouse comic art. There is also a flip-book animation -- a small Mickey figure drawn on each corner appears to move when the pages are flipped. This book has a blue cloth spine with stiff pictorial card wrappers.

This book is in Very Good condition. The stiff board wrappers are in nice shape but show creasing in several places, particularly the corners. The interior is very clean, with no markings or tears on any page. There is some darkening to the pages from age, but overall this book is very well preserved.
