Vintage 1940s Misquamicut Beach License plate TOPPER
 

Hard to find vintage licence plate topper for Misquamicut Beach, Rhode Island. Circa late 40s - early 50s. This has the old style reflective glitter that almost looks like sand. Blue enamel background (possibly a little darker blue than in photo). Never used, excellent condition, little rust to back, you cannot see one flaw in the photo, there is a fingerprint in the paint on that light area in photo (just to left of right hand slot), obviously a manufacturer's flaw. Glitter is still over 90%. Measures 10-1/2" long. This would look great on a classic car; why buy a repop when you can find the real thing?
