Up for auction is a Liftmaster/Chamberlain Professional 1/3 H.P CHIAN DRIVE OPENER. garage door opener motor. what you see in the pictures is what you get!! This type of motor isn't your typical Home Depot or Sears or anyother DIY type motor. This is a top of the line Professional quality, professional use type motor. You can't just buy these at the store. It is a brand new motor that i have laying around. I have tested to make sure it works, and everything worked fine. It is alittle dirty for sitting around for the last 4 months, it is brand new never used, in perfect condition but isn't a shiny motor in a unopened box!! Thats not what you will be getting, i took it out of the box, since it was trashed, i promise this motor is brand new, just dirty and the white bulb protector is alittle dirty. But it is absolutely brand new with no dents or defects of ANY kind. I do not have a owners manuel/instruction book. You also WON'T be getting a rail!!!! NO RAIL INCLUDED but it is easy to get one from local garage door company, if you already have one of these motors, no new rail will be needed. It dose come with eye sensors, mounting brackets for sensers, and all needed nuts and bolts in a bag. It also comes with 1- 1 button remote control. winner can email after auction end if they want more remotes, or 2/3/4 button remotes or keyless all extra. Again you will be receiving: 1- 1/3 H.P. Liftmaster professional series garage door opener motor, Sensor Eyes with mounts, 1-1 button remote, all necessary nuts and bolts in bag. I have taken everything into consideration, and thats why motor is priced so low!! Motor alone sells for over $200. Perfect upgrade from old motor, or new installation.
