Payment :
We accept PayPal and also Certified Checks and Money Orders, as long as we receive them within 7 days of the end of auction. All in-state residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the Checkout process. Once the auction ends, the winning bidder can pay using the Checkout button, or wait to receive an automated email invoice shortly after the auction ends, with totals and payment instructions. Checkout should be completed within 7 days of the close of auction, and all payments should be made within this time period. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction, and with our approval and authorization only.

This instrument is surplus, used equipment. We do not have the facilities to diagnose, calibrate, or test these instruments. If possible we will power up the unit, and note this in the listing description. We will not be able to diagnose any furthur according to your individual instructions and requests. This item is sold as-is, without warranty. If we include accessories, manuals, cables, etc, they will be shown in the photo, otherwise, no other items are included in the sale. This item may or may not be usable, easily repaired, or calibrated. This item may be purchased for experimentation, refurbishment, or salvage. We have sold items listed like this in the past that was usable when received by the buyer. You may need this for parts back-up for your unit.
