The sixpence is set on a printed card in side a 2"x 2" P.V.C collecting pouch. The pouch has peelable adhesive on the reverse so it can be attached. So much so that in 1967 when we went over to the pretend money ! People had S.O.S stickers on their cars. Birthdays, Weddings , Christmas (Sixpence in the Christmas pud', New Year, Halloween, Births etc. etc.. At times of Marriage for example it was customary for the Lord of the Manor to give the Bride from the Estate a SILVER present. This became the traditional custom of giving the Bride a SILVER sixpence for her Slipper to wear on her Wedding Day . Low start and low post and package. The buyer will receive this coin or one in similar condition. I try and scan an average coin with normal wear for the year. All coins will have clear text, date and no obvious damage.
