The Best of Sunset - Recipes from Mag of Western Living

BRAND NEW copy of The Best of Sunset: Recipes from the Magazine of Western Living (1987)

This is another of my mother's belongings.  She passed away recently leaving behind a plethora of brand new, unused, and/or never even opened items including clothing, cookbooks, DVDs, make-up, shoes, and more.  I have slowly been listing these things item by item to try to help my dad out with her funeral expenses.  Therefore, some of these items I am not completely familiar with (obviously these aren't my sizes or I'd be keeping a lot of this.  She had some cool stuff!)  so I am doing my best to provide an accurate description based on what I know and see. 

"The more than 500 recipes in this book represent the best of Sunset's collection over half a century - and the best of the West's exciting panarame of regional foods."

"Throughout this book, you'll occasionally see recipes flagged as 'WESTERN CLASSICS.' These dishes are part of the West's history, were created her ein the West, and often showcase ingredients indigenous to this region.  Many also have an informal spirit typical of our Western life style."

"For almost every recipe, we provide a NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS prepared by Hill Nutrition Associates, Inc., of New York, stating calorie count; grams of protein, carbohydrate, and total fat; and milligrams of cholesterol and sodium.  Nutritional information is usually stated for a single serving, based on the largest number of servings listed for each recipe (for example, if a recipe yields 6 to 8 servings, figures are given for 1/8 of the recipe). In some cases, though, you'll notice that the analysis applies to a different unit of measurement - 'per tabelspoon' for sauces, 'per cooky' for cookies, and so forth."

Paypal is preferred.  Will also accept cash on pickup.  Contact me for questions on any other method of payment.  Other methods of payment subject to hold of up to 15 days.  If payment is not received within 7 days, item will be reported as unpaid.

RETURNS

All sales are final, so please, read all details of the item description and auction thoroughly and contact me with any questions you may have, for additional information, or pictures.

SHIPPING AND COMBINING

Winning bidder is responsible for all ACTUAL shipping charges and insurance, if desired.  Ebay's shipping calculator provides an estimate from my location to yours.  In my experience, this is sometimes high, sometimes low.  I do have a record for refunding overpaid shipping charges.  I don't wish to lose money on shipping but I don't believe in making money on it either.  I will ship by method of your choice or least expensive available.  I will also combine shipments to save you money should you choose to purchase some of the other items I have up for auction, but you must let me know what auctions you're wishing to combine or waiting on to end.  Shipments do include delivery confirmation.  Contact me if you need additional shipping information.  

INSURANCE

I am NOT responsible for items that are damaged or lost by carrier if not insured.  Please let me know if you would like to add insurance.

FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

I will ship internationally, but please contact me at auction's end for invoice as the shipping charges often vary.  Please be sure item is not prohibited or restricted in your country.  International buyers are also responsible for all customs charges, etc.
