  This auction catalog has a good selection of French made jewelry including many Art Deco pieces. Francoise Hermann was born in Paris in 1919. She led a life of glamour & social prominence pursuing her passions for travel, opera & ballet. She became a noted philanthropist, supporting many amnesty and animal foundations. There are photographs of her in the catalog along with a short biography.
