HERE IS THE PERFECT HOLIDAY DRESS BY LITTLE BITTY. IT IS A GIRLS SIZE 12 MOS. IT HAS A VELOUR SHORT SLEEVE TOP WITH PEARLS GOING AROUND THE NECK. THE BOTTOM OF THE DRESS FLARES OUT AND IS A RED AND BLACK BUFFALO PLAID. SILK RIBBON WITH BUFFALO PLAID ROSES ON THE FRONT AND THE RIBBON TIES IN BACK. SMALL AMOUNT OF TULLE UNDERNEATH SO BOTTOM OF THE DRESS KEEPS ITS SHAPE AND FLARES OUT. WORN ONLY ONCE FOR PICTURES. EXCELLENT CONDITION.
