STUDIO SCALE MODEL prop E.T. The Extra Terrestrial ship

First time to EVER appear on ebay.  This is a scale model of the ship seen in E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial.   After visiting the film-used model this summer, I really wanted to capture it.  It's a rare model, a very obscure subject.  But why not?   I recreated this ship to the best of my efforts, using a variety of tools and technology.  I love this movie and love having the ship sitting in my collection.  Maybe you will be too.

The parts are all cast in studio-quality 2 part urethane resin.  The landing ramp and a few select parts are laser cut acrylic for strength.  This is still the 'beta' model, i.e. I have test assembled my first set of castings but I haven't yet assembled a finished ship with lights etc...  The windows haven't yet been etched into the dome so you will need to do that with microfiles on your own. 

No electronics are included with this kit.

This is not for the beginning modeller.  THere are TONS of parts and since this is the 'beta' version, you will need to make some mods as you buid it up.  I am including lots of photos to help you understand it's scale and assembly.
