This printer is about 15 months old. We used it in our home for kids homework & household printing. I just replaced the drum cartridge in late July and all the toner was replaced just prior to that. I started to get an error popping up "System Error E002". The manual tell you to cycle the power to resolve it. That worked for a while, now it happens more frequently - CANON had me remove the fuser (simple job) and that seemed to work for a while also. Bottom line, I think the fuser will need to be replaced. I just printer the Activity Report and you can see the date on the top of the page. It a great printer, copier, fax & produces excellent color documents. Understand you will need to have it checked over or replace the fuser yourself. I paid $600 plus I just replaced all toner and drum, another $300

We purchased a different type of printer and no longer have need for this one. No reserve, hi bidder win it!
