Each 3 ½” x 1 ½” favor features a shining multi-faceted acrylic crystal ball style ornament atop a tapered chrome stem. Each chrome wine stopper is packaged upright in a deluxe clear box with a black top and bottom allowing a dramatic 360 degree view of the favor, finished with a white organza bow and a designer heart shaped thank you tag attached.

Refund Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we offer a full refund for the cost of the item and only if the item is returned in it's original condition. There is no refund for SHIPPING FEES. So PLEASE ask any questions prior to bidding.
We ship UPS within 1-2 business days of receiving a cleared payment. Unless it is a personalized item, this can take up to 5-7 business days to ship. Once item is shipped, It's no longer our responsibility. We're not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected mail or packages. We ship our products with care, using packing material to ensure that the product arrives safely.
Please note: We DO NOT ship outside the United States nor to a P.O. Box. PLEASE do not bid if this pertains to you.
DAMAGES
Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your customer's affair.
All damage or shortage claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS.
UPS (United Parcel Service) - UPS Insures the first $100.00, please let me know if you would like to purchase additional insurance if over $100.00.
