Up for auction is a computerized SEWING/EMBROIDERY machine that ranks in many of the "best of best" lists.  This machine is the PFAFF 2140.  It is known for its beautiful work capabilities whether sewing or embroidering, and widely praised for its exceptional German engineering and durability. From its multi-color touch screen to the built in Creative assistants, you will find a new world of near limitless possibilities; all as close as a simple touch way too many to list here! This machine is in superb condition--you will have to look very long and hard to find a better kept '2140'.  Mechanically it's excellent, cosmetically it looks near-new...only an occasional blemish on the machine...a couple on the outer hard case...touch screen looks great.  Please NOTE:  This 2140 includes the embroidery unit and hoops.  Also, there is a Belkin USB/Serial portable adapter. The standard hard carrying case is included with machine; embroidery unit has its own hard case.  Also included are 2 large pocketed soft cases (one has wheels) for extra protection and easier transport. This entire outfit looks as good as any beautiful project you may use it for!

We accept all major credit cards via telephone (919) 570-3005 during our business hours. We also accept Paypal. 

Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of the auction.

If you are planning to bid on additional items and combine orders, please notify us of your intentions so that our automated system does not file a "Non-paying Bidder" dispute against you after 7 days.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping for this auction is determined by eBay's shipping calculator at the bottom of the page. Your order is professionally packed by our ASO certified shipping department and shipped FAST via UPS or FedEx. 

PO Box users:  We do not ship to PO Boxes. If you have a PO Box, please include a physical street address as well.

International Bidders:  Please do not bid on any of our auctions until you have requested a shipping quote and have received a response--please note our store hours when requesting a quote as emails will only be answered during open hours.  All items $30.00 and over won by international bidders, will be shipped UPS or FedEx - NO EXCEPTIONS!  All items under $30.00 won by an international bidder can be shipped via USPS Air Mail Express or Priority International - NO Parcel Post!  Disclaimer: ShipOnSite is not responsible for any shipping delays caused or created by international CUSTOMS SERVICES, nor are we liable for any duties or taxes that may be levied against Customs Services.

Combined Shipping:  We offer combined shipping on many items.  Please notify us before payment of any item if you plan to bid on any of our other auctions.  We can send you an invoice with the combined total for all items and shipping.  Failure to contact us will forfeit your option for combined shipping, and you must pay shipping on each individual auction listing.

Packing & Shipping:  ShipOnSite takes great care in packing and shipping our items to ensure safe delivery to you.  All auction winnings shipped via UPS, FedEX or USPS Priority will include $100 worth of insurance. 

We charge a handling fee to cover our costs of materials and labor. Handling is nonrefundable and is included in your calculated shipping. 

In the very rare event of breakage during shipping by the carrier, please keep all packing and shipping materials. We will contact the carrier and begin an insurance claim. Items can only be reimbursed to the extent that they are insured. Non-insured items will only be reimbursed up to $100.

We welcome local pickup on any item. North Carolina resident buyers and all local pickups are charged 7.75% North Carolina sales tax. Please see About ShipOnSite for store hours and directions.

Some of our largest items and furniture may be located offsite. After you have paid for the item, ShipOnSite will put you in touch with our consignor so that you can make arrangements for pickup.
