Item is new and in mint/NM condition and is unopened in original shipping box.  Please email me with any specific questions regarding the condition of the item desired.  I have not opened the item to inspect it personally or check for missing or damaged pieces upon receipt from Sideshow, but can do so upon request. I am not responsible if there are any missing or damaged pieces if I ship it directly as an unopened item and it will be up to the buyer to work out any issues directly with Sideshow under this circumstance. Shipping & Payment: I accept payment by Paypal Only.  Payment must be received within 3 days of the end of auction.  Item will be shipped via USPS within 7 business days of receiving payment.  You MUST purchase additional insurance for $3.00 and delivery confirmation for the item for $0.75 extra respectively due to the rarity of the item.  There is no way for me to offer protection and track your item if delivery confirmation is not purchased.  Therefore, I am including a MANDATORY insurance/tracking price so please add at time of payment.  Please email me with any questions regarding payment or shipping.  

Please also note that USPS rates have been increasing and I only try to cover my costs for shipping and handling and therefore do not make money on my shipping prices.  My prices are to cover shipping, handling, and transaction costs.  I only ship to the United States and Canada, but please email me first if you are a Canadian bidder.
